ABOUT US
The Clock Gallery features a wide selection of new, previously owned & antique clocks, pocket watches, and watches. Currently we have over 40 Grandfather and Grandmother clocks in stock. All of our Grandfather and Grandmother clocks are covered by our Certificate of Value, which allows you to trade-up your clock in the future for it's full original purchase price. And, while the focus is always on Grandfather clocks, we also carry a wide range of cuckoos, barometers, chiming wall and mantel clocks, novelty clocks and even alarm clocks. We ship worldwide. Overseas shipping to most major cities in Asia is approx. $400.00 CDN/340.00 US dollars.
The Clock Gallery has been in Lansdowne Centre for 25 years. We are in the city of Richmond, which is part of Greater Vancouver. In November 1999, we moved into larger premises within Lansdowne Centre, enabling us to offer even greater selection and service. We do repairs to all types of clocks and many watches and can arrange house calls for your grandfather clock. Estimates on repairs are always free. The owner is a member of the N.A.W.C.C. (National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors) Chapter 121 British Columbia. We can also package your Grandfather clock for local or overseas shipping since we keep a wide selection of original shipping cartons on the premises. Please drop us a line with any clock inquiries.

Our business hours are Mon. & Tues. 10:00 - 6:00, Wed. Thurs. & Fri. 10:00 - 9:00, Saturday 9:30 - 6:00, and Sun. 11 - 6 Pacific Time. (Hours extended in December: Mon-Sat 9:30 - 9:00 pm; Sun 9:30 - 7:00 pm). Call ahead at (604) 278-1631 if you want to be sure Ron is there when you come in. Service in Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese may be available evenings and on the weekend. Safe, insured, worldwide shipping available.
All credit card transactions processed by The Clock Gallery are encrypted. However, if you feel uncomfortable giving credit card information over the web, and you already have a PayPal account, you can contact us to have The Clock Gallery send you a Payment Request from PayPal. CLOCK QUESTIONS
We are delighted at The Clock Gallery to answer your questions about your family heirloom. However, due to the volume of email we receive, and the fact that we cannot examine the clock personally, please try one of the following resources first.
The public library reference section will have a selection of books with pictures and detailed descriptions/values of your clock, especially if it is American made. Take along good pictures of the cabinet and clock works. Note any markings on the dial and clock movement.
N.A.W.C.C. is an organization of clock and watch collectors; it is now on the web at www.nawcc.org. While primarily designed to assist fellow members, they have a message board where even non-members can post questions. Since this is an open network, you will receive answers from members and non-members. The NAWCC site can also put you in touch with local collectors or retailers who would be able to assess the clock free of charge or for a nominal fee.
